Pros
Company is one of the few in the space that is actually growing, not shrinking. Size and lack of bureaucracy allows for decisions to be made quickly. Corporate culture is very good and upper management is more accessible than most.
Cons
Some growing pains due to significant growth in past year. Opportunity to implement more processes and procedures.
