-Unlimited pto is limited
-This company is full of disorganization, micromanagement, poor communication, and unrealistic expectations.
-Recruiter not on same page as hiring manager (was baited and switch position that was not 100% as advertised and details changed less than 1 week of working there.)
-Important changes were not communicated. This was seen as normal.
-Faulty system. Enrolled in health insurance through AHEAD’s hr portal and it should have kicked in the next month. Weeks into the next month, I discover I’m not enrolled in health insurance even though I submitted the election and there was a confirmation.
-Theres little to no training on clients
-KB doesn’t cover 75% of issues you will face. You spend more time asking coworkers.
-Inefficient processes. Simple tasks require hunting for information in several different locations to complete a single task.
-You’re expected to be an expert after a couple months and take in various new clients internal systems with no training and at any time,
-Mandatory certifications that are way above your pay grade and unrelated to your job duties are forced upon you and you have to study outside of work with no compensation.
-Sink or swim environment. Coworkers are nice and will probably be the main thing that help you survive -Management at the very top micromanages and tracks non billable time. Instead of improving processes, time is wasted logging how much time you spent on x y z
-Need middle manager approval on simple things. This is a waste of time for the manager and agents. -Blatant issues with equipment are not fixed. It’s seen as normal for the equipment to not work.
-Management is reactive not proactive
-Some agents are assigned to busier clients while others get less busier clients. There is no rotation on clients. This means some agents unfairly work more than others and it will stay that way unless the agent leaves.
-If you are aware of basic IT security practices you would be appalled at some of the practices for clients.
