Before the acquisition of kovaris and round tower the pay was low but the job and culture were okay. Since the acquisition the pay is still low but now the culture is toxic in MS. The rest of the company does not care about the managed services department so you're ignored by everyone but direct management. If you aren't in sales or solutions you don't matter.
