      Amazing Company with Good People and a Great Vision

      Pros

      They pay well and offer very competitive benefits. As a leading IT consulting firm, they do a good job stressing culture and hiring great people. It's tough to get a job here which is a very good thing. Leadership has a clear, strategic vision and provides excellent support to remote offices. Ahead ensures that it is a company that is a fun place to work with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. I highly recommend and advocate for this company versus its competitors.

      None that I can think of. They provide great support and truly value their employees.

      Great environment and culture for self-starters. You will advance and grow through trial by fire, and be rewarded for your success.

      Cons

      Expect to hit the ground running. Ahead expects you to deliver value day 1. May not be the best place if you are entry level, though you can be successful if you put in the effort.
