Pros

Working with the latest cloud and virtualization technologies.

Cons

Executive and Senior Management clueless. Nobody leads or takes ownership of issues. President of the firm meddles in the management of the functional areas causing confusion and frustration. Lot's of backstabbing in the upper ranks.

Big high dollar Cisco sales focus. Big money and opportunity for sales reps. Little trickle down to service engineers. Fancy annual company trip. Very high quality and smart technical experts.

Cons

Weak management. Deceptive sales. Lots of over promise/under deliver.

Sounded like a great opportunity until I started working here

Pros

Good teamwork with local coworkers, excellent pay, ability to work from home whenever needed.

Cons

- Poor medical benefits - Little to no communication outside main location - Management lacks focus and direction and has no idea who reports to them - Dispatch schedules onsite support with the client without putting it on the dispatch calendar then blames the field engineer when the client gets upset - Certifications and degrees required to keep jobs but no financial aid from CDI; employees unable to afford the education are let go - Management keeps changing job descriptions and company procedures without documenting them then punish the employee
