Pros

The culture at AHEAD is one of the best perks of the company. I feel appreciated for the work I do and have open communications with every level of the business. The executive team works in the same space as the rest of the staff and are always willing to listen. The fridges and break room are stocked with snacks, pop, and... beer! There's no overbearing dress code, just look presentable. Feeling like a tshirt and hoodie for the work day, not a problem. Want to wear your brand new 3 piece suit, you're more than welcome to. From staff appreciation events, quarterly department outings, and holiday parties to marathons, programs geared towards helping less fortunate families and children in the city, and educational programs, AHEAD does it all. Oh yeah, did I mention flex pto!?! Apply here!

Cons

Sales never stop, so enabling them doesnt either. Sometimes I find myself working here and there on the weekends but nothing too cumbersome.

Executive team is very transparent, intelligent, and fun to be around Managers are empowered to make serious decision There is a great culture with a lot of smart, fun people You will work with the most talented people in the industry Company is growing very quickly, and they often promote from within, so there is a lot of room for personal and professional growth Great work life balance for people who require it

Cons

These comments have both pros and cons: The company is very agile and growing aggressively but runs very lean. This can be great because there is a lot of flexibility for you to learn new skills, take on new roles, and explore career opportunities. But it also can be very overwhelming as there is a huge amount of work placed on few shoulders. Sometimes this can make you feel like you are sacrificing quality for getting the job done fast and on time.

Pros

There is lots of diversity in technologies to deliver along with the clients that I worked with. The sales team is incredibly technical and smart. The management team is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and improve the talent pool for its employees. Lastly, fast paced and rarely boring.

Cons

There are not any cons that are significant. There is a risk that they are very dependent on the relationship with EMC but the relationship with EMC is very strong and they were awarded partner of the year.
