Cons

Upper management is concerned with money over quality of care and it shows. Facilities are old and run down and in poor condition.

Pros

Great coworkers and people that genuinely cared for the organization. Great PTO and Sick accrual.

Cons

Too much politics. Unqualified managers were promoted and some had too much power. It is all about who you know and not your qualifications. No paid holidays. Benefits were continually getting worse.

No overtime, you can pretty much go home on time everyday

Cons

Run, I worked in the Finance Department and it was a mess! The CFO micromanaged everything and there was no communication. You do whatever the CFO said.
