      The pay is a bit low but works for remote teams. Also the other perks tend to overshadow this.

      Pros

      -Remote work -The LNM team works well with each other, collaborative and helpful. -The company is considerate when employees want to go on leave. -Leaders recognize an employee's potential thus career advancement is fast. -Leaders have a growth mindset which gets the employees encouraged. -The job itself is easy for people with background in sales and marketing, and content writing as well.

      Cons

      -Fast-paced changes and implementations that sometimes members of the team couldn't cope or keep up. Not for the faint-hearted and couldn't handle pressure. -Salary increase is not initiated by the company so an employee needs to be upfront in asking. -Tasks can be overwhelming at times that LNMs tend to go overtime to finish everything.
