      Pros

      The work is rewarding and I felt good about helping people in greatest need every day.

      Cons

      Training is almost nonexistent, and personally felt I was thrown into a volition situation with little warning and almost no support from management.

      Pros

      AIDS Healthcare Foundation is a unique nonprofit in that it is a $1 billion company. Their mission is admirable, but the steps they take to accomplish that mission are sometimes questionable.

      Cons

      There is a huge dividing line between Senior Management and the rest of the staff; lower-level employees will be expected to pick up a lot of slack without any extra compensation.
