It is the best organization to work and serve your community at the same time. AHF serves the nation without any boundary or class, Its good place to grow your communication skills through out all forms of people.
Cons
There has not been a salary review since the first month when it was promised in 2014. Most employees in our center feel they don't have a word with a fear to be victimized by management. Despite the years of work put into establishing a center or a department into fully being operational, there has been no positive feedback on title change or promotion request. So as much as one grows with experience of managing whats in their care, there is not much actions of appreciation in return. So professional wise, i feel stagnant, being paid way below government employees who do way less than i do.
