      Liked the people I worked with, until they began to constantly change. Quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      High turn-over rate Lack of appreciation shown for valuable employees Staff is left to deal with trying to collect for balances on accounts that the company allowed to become excessive.

      The company is out there saving lives everyday ,domestically and globally, and employees show a passion for the work they do every single day.

      Cons

      Not compensated enough for all the work done. Most of the departments are over worked and severely underpaid. They lose out on talent that they should easily hold on to.
