      Pros

      AIG provides excellent benefits and fair pay within a global organization. If you are mobile, it is an excellent place to work.

      Cons

      They sell work-life balance, but in reality it is not highly valued in the organization. While the pay is fair, they do not offer raises. The only time you receive a raise is if you are promoted.
