      Pros

      Parties. One will learn good corporate etiquette.

      Cons

      No cafeteria at work place. Transport system is always a mess. No much compensation provided to freshers/associates. Associates are treated badly and made to work day and night. There is not much respect among colleagues. Politics in upper management.
