Pros

Company is generally fair in its dealings with employees, and supports a diverse workforce. There can be lots of opportunity if you are willing to go the extra mile and work hard. Not a bad place to work.

Cons

Current top leadership team don't seem to have a compelling vision, aside from spending on some AI type initiatives that don't really impact the day-to-day. Back-office and IT systems are significantly behind where they should be.
