Used to be a great place to work, great benefits, pro plan, volunteer time off, community engagement opportunities.

Cons

Company has decided to outsource 90% of its operations to overseas due to cheaper cost of labor. For a company with American in its name it’s disheartening. Level of service that clients and even employees receive is subpar at best now. Pay is low in comparison to other companies.
