They will try to pay you as little as possible and do not offer cost of living raises. The only way to get a raise is to get an offer from a different company with a higher salary. Numerous other employees experienced this strategy.
There is no corporate culture whatsoever, so do not expect to make any friendships.
Don’t attempt to change anything because literally no one cares. Everyone just wants to hold onto their job and make sure that no one learns about how terrible their processes are.
