Pros
AIGRS is the best place to start off your career in financial services. They provide you all the support you need including a territory, a salary (small but it’s still nice) and marketing. They also provide you with a laptop and company-issued cell phone, which is great when you at your territory with no internet service. I had a great time working here and I’m very happy with the manager I had. Also, I feel like the company truly cares about there employees even giving us PTO on days other companies didn’t. Has a great 401k match as well.

Streamline administrative process by adding a CSA to each district.
