Pros

Work from home, decent 401k match, good PTO

Cons

Everything else. The benefits are not worth it. Company morale is in the toilet, no one is happy, senior management does not care about employee retention. No yearly increases to keep up with inflation. Poor leadership all around. They'd rather lay off thousands of people then fix the root of the problem. There is no room for growth and if you do you'll be severely underpaid because getting a raise at this company is near impossible and if you do, it won't be the market rate for the role you're in. Management refuses to invest in new technologies that would help streamlines a lot of processes because most of them are afraid to even open an excel spreadsheet.
