A very enriching experience. A playground for HR. Lots of things to learn.

Cons

The politics is very evident. Gives priorities to Western counterparts. Discriminates those in the Asian markets in terms of bonuses and performances.

Applying internally isn't very difficult.

Cons

Constantly changing priorities. Raise process is slow. Have to leave company or change teams entirely to get any significant pay increase. Mandatory In-Office is a joke. Claim to be Agile but isn't really.
