Pros

Given book of business. Back office is good.

Cons

Given book of business that has been taken from a current rep. The overall philosphy is churning. They hire new people, give them a book taken from a newly terminated rep or even a current rep, and then give the new rep a minimun annual transfer in requirement. The new reps are expected to bring in $ from previous companies. The commissions have been slashed. The only way to make money is to "roll-in" outside money, and put them in propriatary products. Management threatens the careers of longterm reps by putting them on verbal, written, hten "final" written notices. The Company has a $4mil min cap-in requirement for reps w/over 3 years. No matter what their territory is liked, or how much has been given away to a neew rep, the $4mil req is in stone....you miss it, you're terminated.
