      Greatest professional and personal challenges I had in my career - Large project investments, Fast changing management model, Global visibility, Competitive salaries and Great benefits.

      Cons

      Constant changes on organization structures and market strategies, losing focus on active initiatives and current teams - Not a company for long career anymore. Lack of continuity of big programs since the start of the new CEO. Currently closing small markets as part of the LEAN program, selling its operations to local players and investors.
