Pros

Benefits they give employees after 90 days are very good. Get your own smart pad to right your business on, that you don't have to pay for.

Cons

Not enough field training for new agents with no experience. The amount of time you have to spend doing office work, that takes away from your time to sell. Pay plan is very difficult to understand. Having to attend meetings that you don't get paid to attend and that take away from your time to sell.
