Pros

Fairly lax place, although executive management has been trying (unsuccessfully) to make the place more dynamic. Good benefits.

Cons

Low compensation. Astonishing high turnover rate (especially in audit department), which is unheard of in such a bad economy. This is where people come to die professionally. Since Hank Greenberg was ousted, all the people who really knew the ins and outs of this behemoth have left.
