Good people and a full platform of products to choose from. Clients can be well cared for by a good advisor

Cons

Too big. the red tape and paper work is so large. Managers are good folk and are looking out for their advisors. Keep it going

No SLA in the project where I joined and the HMO is shouldered by the company including dependents. Flexi-time.

Cons

Too much politics, power tripping by the senior developer and too much traffic going to the office location (Makati) 4-5 hrs travel time back and forth and most of the people that I encountered here are not approachable...
