Pros

- Excellent, top notch experience. - Amazing people to work with. - Good salary, bonus, and benefits. - Company is changing so you learn new things all the time...

Cons

- Company is in a transition phase so management and company instability very much prevalent BUT no job threats. - Long hours for some with no overtime pay.

Pros

They offer good starting pay. But after that, bonus's are small or non existent.

Cons

Employee evaluations are based on round table discussions. The rating percentages are predetermined by the company. So even if all employees within a group are solid performers a certain percentage are forced into a "developmental" rating meaning they only sometimes meet their goals. Also, they claim this is more transparent, but they will not tell you who your peers are.
