Overwhelming, strict, and strenuous
Pros
Besides the $1,000 sign on bonus, and the fact that it was remote/work from home, there was not much more I enjoyed about this position.
Cons
- Information overload - Lack of preparation and clear defined direction before sending you out onto phones. - Responsibilities and the amount of information required to know, was like the equivalent of what it should be for at least three separate positions. Also, for the sheer amount of info. it is, the training is not nearly long enough. - Systems, rules, and requirements are CONSTANTLY changing, that its extremely challenging to meet all your goals precisely. - Systems are high disorganized as well, and the lack of clear knowledge most CSRs have, is reflected in the reactions we'd get from the clients calling extremely frustrated and exhausted from repeating themselves, on a daily basis. - There is much more, but bottom line.... I would highly encourage you to move forward with another company, if you are looking for an entry level CSR position. What I experienced is NOT what they initially advertised to me when interviewing or onboarding.
