Pros
Some coworkers are very intelligent, they also have a good work-life balance, you won't have to work extra hours or weekends. If you are someone who doesn't have many ambitions and just wants to receive your paycheck with a minimally reasonable effort, this is a good place.
Cons
Low salary compared to the market. Some project leaders are really unbearable and do a lot of micromanagements. You better be smart here, the smallest mistake puts you in the eye of the storm and believe me the last thing they will do is help you, otherwise they will look for a way to let you down. The top management are dinosaurs, they want to run the company as if we were still in the 80s.
