Yes, people come and go…and sometimes come back to us again. Attrition can be healthy for an organization. In regards to compensation, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly making updates to our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly, updating our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. We also conduct a market review of our roles on an annual basis to ensure we remain competitive.
