Pros

Stability - the company is growing rampantly in different regions and industries with no signs of slowing down The CEO frequently mentions that "the cement is wet." There's a lot of opportunity to make an impact on the business, no matter which role you are in Very "real" culture. Not as many egos as other companies and a lot of leaders are willing to roll up their sleeves when needed You will also work with some hardworking, fun, and incredible coworkers! Community support - the AIT Cares program is highlighted and encouraged throughout the company

Cons

It's growing fast, so you may be very busy and have frequently-shifting priorities. This is not for everyone! Acquisitions can be unorganized and under communicated within the company Not necessarily a con but benefits are fairly basic

Pros

Not much can be said when its comes to Pros, I guess they have pizza parties every couple months.

Cons

In the Home Delivery Department, one of the supervisors really likes asks racially motivated questions, meanwhile discounting any issues you bring up to her, While the other one, likes to spread rumors and ostracizes employees she doesn't deem fit. Their manager and director aren't much better. They act friendly when everything is going well, but the moment you bring up concerns about workload, responsibilities, or compensation, you're pulled into a meeting and made to feel like you're the problem. It does not matter if you out perform your co-workers. Not to mention the director has zero clue what goes on. The biggest issue is that management protects its own. If they don't like you, or if you raise concerns about a supervisor or long-term employee, they'll find a way to paint you as the villain. It creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up because they know there's a good chance nothing will be done, and they could end up facing retaliation for trying. *FYI, I am speaking strictly about the "Customer Experience" department*

We’re disappointed to read that this was your experience. A respectful and professional workplace is the standard we expect across every team, and concerns related to conduct, fairness or retaliation are taken seriously. While we can’t address individual situations in a public forum, we do want employees and former employees to know there are channels available to raise concerns so they can be reviewed appropriately. We value feedback, even when it highlights areas where we may need to improve, and we wish you the best going forward.
