Pros

This is a great company to work for. I male my own schedule and I never have to be anywhere before 11 am. I have an extraordinary amount of autonomy and I love the work.

Cons

While the hourly rate is extremely good, the hours are sometimes fewer than I'd like.

Some students are easy It was remote so everything was on Zoom at the time

Pay is hard to justify when they charge so much from parents Parents sometimes complain about pricing when we get less than 30% of it

they just give you a good client base to build up, which is awesome. They give you a space to work in too

Cons

They take 70 percent of what they charge the tutor and give it to others for god knows what. You still do the out reach and advertising, so it is hard to find out what everyone does
