Pros

You are fully in control of your schedule and can choose to be available for as many tutoring hours as you would like. Office materials and technology is fantastic.

Cons

It is quite difficult to keep a consistent schedule and tutor all the hours you want. Holidays - especially summer - are very bare unless you put in a lot of work finding students to work with. Company pays tutors a small portion of what they charge parents for tutoring.

Basically choose your hours but they're dictated by student schedules so mostly after school or weekends depending on how you schedule.

Cons

The hours were not regular work hours
