- Schedule flexibility: team leaders let you manage your own schedule, time off, etc. - Professional development: ample mentoring and support system - Culture: great people to work with!

Cons

- Hours: Hard to work full-time since you're mostly waiting until students are done with the school day, main hours are 2-9pm

Working at AJ Tutoring has been a great experience! I started at the beginning of the pandemic and even though everything was virtual they still made sure that my training and transition into working with them went smooth and easy. One of the best parts about working at AJ is the big network of support and resources that you always have access to whether you need advice with a client or need help with lesson plans. Working at AJ has given me a lot more confidence in my teaching ability and comfort level with so many different subjects.

Cons

No downsides that I can think of. It is a great company to explore options in education.
