In charge of your own scheduling, good pay, friendly coworkers

Cons

schedule can vary quite a bit. One week you can work 40+ hours the next could be 15 hours. Working in the evenings and on weekends is not ideal.

-you set your own schedule -great starting pay -respectful, positive environment and people -well-run company, super organized, clear processes/protocol -proper training -staff is clear, available and responsive

Cons

-time it takes to communicate with each of your clients and document session notes (admin stuff)

AJ provides a collaborative and fun work environment for the bay area's brightest teaching minds! If you're passionate about education, and are looking to work with a team of professional tutors as bright as you are, you'll love it here.

Cons

Very few! As a tutor, you do need to make sure your manage your workload effectively. AJ gives you the flexibility to take on as many tutoring hours as you like--just be sure you have planned accordingly. Students often ask for extra lessons so be sure to take that into account.
