Pros

Health care No chance of lay off Clean environment Vacation/personal day are great Every one is friendly All races work together as one Company shows appreciation with company picnics. Christmas bonuses and special catered dinners for excellent performance

Cons

Only concern is the amount of days we are forced to work but the upper management and hr department are working very hard to get on a Continental schedule , 3-4 days a week on. 3 to 4 days a week off.

The only real pros are the fact that there is work to do.

Cons

The pay is terrible, if you try to use sick time or time off you get written up. If you get written up 3 times you get fired. Management is scum, they really don't care about the employees. If you get hurt they don't believe you and threaten to write you up. Forced overtime, there were people who have been working for 2 months straight 7 days a week but the company justifies this FORCED labor by paying time and a half even if you don't want to.

Pros

Steady work, great benefits! Hard working people for the most part. I regrettably had to leave this job because I had to take care of a family member who needed me, the company did everything possible to help me through this so I could continue to work. Unfortunately, I was not able to give them my best and had to leave.

Cons

The company expects you to come to work everyday and do your job. The only people that have problems here are the people that don't want to do what is expected of them. Come in do your job and the company is fair with you. The new computer system is making people work harder to get going and it is weeding out some of the bad apples!
