Pros

No pros working there, unless you come from a 3rd world country and really don't know any better

Cons

Management does nothing for employees but make sure they know that they can be replaced at anytime. Conditions; dangerous, miserably hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. You are forced to work 6 days a week period.

Pay, I was brought in at 32 an hour when I know people that have been there for several years were only making 25.

Cons

Lots of very poorly planned travel, do not give per diem when traveling and only pay for meals if you go with a group. REQUIRED to use your own tools, aka destroy them

Medical benefits are very good.

Cons

Forces vaccine on employees before anything was known. Ownership is still making employees wear masks indoors even after everyone being vaccinated. Must wipe shoes off before entering the door. Very odd. Also, look forward to free bagel Thursday because that'll be the only motivation you'll ever see.
