Paid for insurance premiums Work is not difficult Most employees understand your pain while working there so you'll bond over that

Owner/president created a negative working environment for all. -you can do better Dress policy. Even salaried employees punch in and out. Corporate building is disgusting inside and the remodel has taken 4+ years and is still not done Poor communication from management- you're left guessing a lot Mandatory vaccines - Owner is terrified of Covid and has pressured (only corporate employees) to be vaccinated and boosted. Even though we're still passing around covid to each other.... You will not be rewarded for anything you accomplish. But don't mess up
