The best part about working for AJM Packaging is the training you'll receive. They want to make sure you have the best tools to do your job.

Cons

There are a few things to consider, however... They are extremely picky about format, if you are out of the proper format, your work comes back to you. They're very strict about attendance, if you are even a second late for work, your pay is docked by 15minutes, even if you're salary. Finally, (not sure about this since COVID) the work area was very small for the number of employees, the office was rarely cleaned, don't wear high-heels because there are pits in the concrete floor under the carpeting.
