Company has a very compatible salary.

Cons

Company is set in old school ways. Promise of PTO time when hired but can only use when sick. Salary position but have to work 8:00 - 4:30. (Make sure you do not punch out at 4:29).

Pros

Almost all of the people are friendly and easy to get along with. Pleasant work environment, I enjoy my job and all the people that I work directly with.

Cons

Salaried employees are still required to "punch a clock". Strict dress code, especially for the guys. The office remodel that never seems to be making any progress toward completion.

Pros

The insurance provided is really good, the hours make family and work life easy to balance. The people are easy to work with.

Cons

Having to punch a time clock as a salaried employee is not convenient. Flextime would be nice to have here, but it is not utilized.
