I have worked at AJM Packaging Corporation for 23 years. AJM is a great place to work. The employees work well together as a team to ensure that each task at hand is handled is the best manner. The intra-department interaction to solve problems is handled very well. Great benefits offered. The owner cares about his employees.

I really enjoy working at the AJM Corporate office. Office coworkers are great to work with. In addition to great benefits, we enjoy company picnics and monthly employee appreciation events

Outdated Policies - dress code, holidays Salaried Employees punch in and out Need to be more proactive with Senior management decision making

Pros

Great pay, paid medical, decent working hours and no working weekends. Annual company picnics are a great way to explore places and events with people you dont speak with often or at least bring your family together for one day. Management is friendly and always offers assistance.

Cons

Punching a time clock when your salaried is really not necessary. Flex time is not allowed or offered.
