Work you to death. Work weekends,sometimes 12 hours a day. Heath insurance,paid vacations.

Cons

You bust your butt,and no one cares. Over paid,over rated management who don't know amything about that place.

Health care, and sometimes pizza when doing favors for management!

Cons

Nobody can keep up even some getting paid more than I am and I run my shift properly everything is in my way and very stressful, especially when they screw you over on vacation time and also my wife works there and they still owe her 3 pay checks she goes to Human Resources and they keep talking her to come back or that they will have it at her next pay day all in all they are liars !

Working there was steady Some of the managers wete friendly and train you well only the basics HR department was very good and thorough

Cons

Start a good training program and advanced people to higher stages taking interest in your people and care about them the worst thing you can say to a fellow employee is I don't care and they did that a lot
