Pros

Totally fine place to work. I'm happy that I made the decision to come here. Everyone that I have met seems friendly.

Cons

Any time you start a new job it sucks to learn the ropes, but that's nothing out of the ordinary.

Pros

The company has been around for over 30 years, which says a lot about the leadership team- they know what they are doing and know how to run a successful business. The office is new, very clean and creates a very professional work environment. Most of the major holidays are paid vacation days. Lots of fun treats and snacks in the office. Half day summer Fridays. The Senior Management team will notice if you are a hard working and a good employee and you will be equally compensated for your efforts.

Cons

The dress code, it's too strict. Having to wear a suit and tie Mon-Thurs gets old quick. A nice polo and khakis should be sufficient on days when your not meeting with clients.

Pros

At AKAM for 13 years,,,,,Love it awesome team. One should not listen to disgruntled terminated employees. Also....yes we love our Thursday Cookies and pop corn.

Cons

Need another copier. Sometimes it gets backed up
