You have good people with great hearts working for the wrong management company

Cons

I have over 20 years of experience in the management field. Never have I come across a company where the executives are so filled with stress and anger they just lash out at everyone. who ever is near is going to get it. the disrespect is so high in this company I don't know how employees stay. from the President to his executives they are all terrible. I came in as a manager and was talked down like a five year old. I'm glad I left when I did.
