Started out as a friendly work environment, but.. (see cons)..

Cons

like all condo management companies, they will accede to the wishes of the loudest or snarkiest mouth on the governing board of their client, because that person signs the contract renewal. If you - as the licensed manager - don't go along with those wishes or demands, you're out. Your competence has nothing to do with the longevity of your job. As an interviewer at another condo management company told me: "this has become a cut-throat business". (with corresponding salary drops over the past five years). If you're a Florida licensed CAM, best to try self-employment.

I honestly can not think of anything positive. The bad out weighs the good

Cons

the culture starts with the top and top doesn't know how to treat employees, uses foul language constantly.

Trial by fire. If you survive, you can go places in that industry.

Cons

Crazy hours, not enough compensation for output, over burdened. Lack of positive organizational culture. No smiling faces. Management breeds unhappy employees.
