High insurance plans Horrible 401k match Lack of perks at the office New building of office is not impressive or nice at all.. not sure how that makes sense for a property management firm Hasn't changed with the times .. they don't do hybrid Old mentality Refuse to give raises to those who deserve it and they play favorites with it
