Great opportunities if you make them

Pros

Chances to work with high profile clients and make your own career path. Lots of opportunities to travel and to work with very talented people.

Cons

You must be a self starter and able to work on your own to get things done. Organisationally the company could do a lot better and you must be able to drive your own career path and look for opportunities. Expectations are high and it's not for everyone.

Pros

Good brands to work on. Opportunities to work abroad and gain experience in other offices. everyone that works here are really nice.

Cons

Career progression is slow. And promotions in delivery aren't great, neither are the pay rises. Sometimes hard to get clarity on objectives.

Work with big brands. Very cool office

Cons

Work culture of working very very long hours. It's nothing for people to work till midnight and over weekend. Good to get name on CV but don't stay there long as there is zero work life balance.
