      Pros

      They salary are good as an intern, and they are a young team with a lot of young traders and developers. They environment is good as well.

      Cons

      The company fires people really frequently, last year they fired several junior level traders and half of the developers in Champaign office.

      Pros

      Great pay and bonuses, smart people to work with, growing quickly, lots of opportunity, entrepreneurial environment, all whilst still being a laid back culture that is very enjoyable to work within.

      Cons

      Even though the company does let some people go (as you can see by some of the other reviews) the company still carries a lot of dead weight.
