- Great office in Chicago - Flexible WFO/WFH arrangements and work hours for a trading firm - Benefits are constantly being improved (most recently with increased vacation and full payment of all health insurance). - Exciting and fast-paced work. Have loved my time here.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of many. Potentially more time off around the holidays but this is due to market/banks hours so would see this at any competitor.

Pros

Free snacks, every flavor of LaCroix, a free coffee bar with a barista, pay was good, the bonus structure, good insurance, and free chewing gum. Some people were super nice as well.

Cons

Too much reaction and not enough planning with everything they do in IT. Job stability is not good. No 401K match. Some people had ego’s and thought cakes and pies made everything nice.

Worked at their office in Champaign which was mostly interns. Cool work environment, really nice people, lots of professional development and training, bought us lunch every single day and treated us to a weekend in Chicago

Cons

I still don’t understand day trading as a profession and when I met the traders they seemed really stressed and frustrated
