Strong engineering culture with open communication. Very minimal meetings - great for engineers who love to spend time solving technical problems. Development teams strive towards adopting best practices, practising Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps. Overall a great working environment with friendly colleagues and good vibes.

The vibe has improved a lot versus a year or two ago. Staffing has cleaned up a lot and there’s less a holes and egos in the office.

It’s a bit quiet in the office, which can be good in its own way but definitely different to how it was before.
