Excellent pay. You can build a strong resume while they use you up.

Cons

Aldi cares absolutely nothing about anyone or anything except their bottom line. They create fear. They create unrealistic goals, that you have to cut corners to acheive. If you don't meet the goals they can fire you. They know about the corners they force you to cut, however, if they want to get rid of you they use them against you.

Pay and benefits are the only positive thing this company offers. It is great for a young single person to come in and get experience and money, but should only be used as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.

Cons

Work-life balance, workload, respect is non-existent unless things are running smooth for that moment, lack of training basically sets you up for failure from the beginning.
