Pros

Decent money with decent progression possibilities. cheap food on site

Cons

heavy manual lifting for an avg 10/11 hour shift at night. job was advertised as 6pm-2am - you can leave at 2am but you will need an excuse/be confronted by managers for "leaving early" because the job is never finished by then.
